Artist Filip D Jensen Artwork
"Filip David Jensen is a self-taught artist (painter, musician and composer) living in Sweden. He was born in Eskilstuna, Sweden however his family moved to Italy when he was a child. After a year his family settled in Poland where he grew up. His early paintings that he started creating at the age of 16 are bright and colourful abstracts created with usage of a rare technique of liquid acrylic paint.
After coming back to Sweden at the age of 19 he stopped painting for about a year and begun his ongoing studies of design. Artworks created after that creative break are much darker, the fact of being torn between two countries play an important role in his work as an artist.
His more recent works moves on a sinusoid between abstract and figurative art. He experiments with different styles, forms and subjects."
